• 6 Eggs
• 2 Cups Sugar
• 1 Quart Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1 Quart Half & Half
• 1 & 1/3 Cups Bourbon Whiskey
• Separate the eggs.
• Add the sugar to the egg yolks and whip until very creamy.
• Slowly add the whiskey to the mixture, stirring constantly until all the whiskey is added.
• Pour in the whipping cream and half & half. Blend well and set to the side.
• Whip the egg whites until they have stiff peaks, then fold them into the whiskey mixture.
• Sprinkle cinnamon and/or nutmeg on top!
