Crystal Curle is a Client Experience Strategist at W&A. Driven by a nurturing and service-oriented passion, Crystal makes an impact by providing exemplary support to our clients and strategists. If you need assistance with deposits or withdrawals, opening an account, or filling out paperwork, Crystal can lend a hand. Crystal’s voice may even be the first you hear when you call our office.

Crystal is process-driven and feels most at home implementing and pushing new practices forward. Prior to W&A, Crystal implemented processes and procedures for new hire onboarding at Morgan Keegan and Company. Once promoted to Team Lead at Raymond James and Associates, she refined her operations skills even further.

Crystal loves spending time with her grown daughters, Kailah and Kelsey, and renovating homes with her husband, Kevin, who also happens to be her high school sweetheart. Additionally, Crystal is a committed member of Christ Church in Arlington, Tennessee, and devotes time volunteering with Dorothy Day House, an organization that provides temporary housing and support services for homeless families in Memphis.

Crystal clearly shines as brightly as her name implies. Just ask her about being selected out of an audience of tens of thousands to dance on stage with Bruce Springsteen back in 1984! The same thing happened again at a Morris Day and the Time concert years later in 2017! We all agree… there must be something about Crystal.
